How do I properly clean and maintain ceramic tiles?

Use a soft, damp cloth or mop to clean ceramic tiles, and avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that can damage the surface. Regular cleaning and maintenance will help preserve the appearance and longevity of the tiles.

What kinds of tiles can you produce?

Nowadays, with advanced equipment and technology, we are able to produce more, such as porcelain tiles, polished tiles, ceramic tiles, rustic tiles, large slabs and sintered stone..

Can you provide samples before I make a bulk order?

If you like some patterns, please let us know and we could provide them for free with freight collected.

Is there a MOQ requirement? I need a little to test the market first.

Please rest assured that there is no MOQ requirement for stock products. However, for customized products, there are different MOQ requirements for different specifications, please email us for details.

Can you provide custom-made tiles for my project?

Sure, but we have some requirements for OEM. If you are interested in it, please contact us to know more.

What is your leadtime?

Lead time for stock products is about 7 days after receiving the deposit. 25-35 days for custom-made or reproduction.

What is your packing method?

For the small size, we prepare cartons and pallets. For the sintered stone, there is no carton packing only wood pallets or iron pallets.

What is the loading quantity for 20GP container?

Take the size 300x600 ceramic tile as an example, loading quantity is about 864-1056 cartons per 20GP. It depends on the container weight limit. For size, 800x800 is about 504-560 cartons.The different size varies, please contact us for further details.
